Tournament Edition features

Here's a list of the features you'll find in our Tournament Edition of KeepaScore Brackets. These are not presented in the Community Edition.

• Tournament Records - Create as many different tournaments as desired. Collect however many individual events are part of a given tournament and access additional actions for tournament wide effects.
• Event Management - Increased capabilities with regards to managing a multi-event tournament. (e.g. skill: 3.0, 3.5, 4.0 - age: 19+, 35+, etc. - gender: Mens, Womens, Mixed)
  • More Daily Events - Manage more than 5 daily events within the Event Switcher.
  • Easily Transfer Teams - Smoothly transfer winners and losers from any event into any other event (e.g. sending players to playoffs, eliminations, consolation brackets, etc.)
  • Enhanced Event, Player & Team Import - Work seemlessly with your own spreadsheet based event management. Copying data from your favorite spreadsheet software can easily be pasted into KeepaScore for immediate Event & Team creation based on any number of groups or pools.
  • Enhanced Player Actions - Easily load a list of players and Quick Join them into any event.
  • Custom Bracket Seeding - Full control over how an event bracket is seeded.
  • Enhanced Visual Bracket - Visually see which matches are being played and on which courts (when assigned).
• Improved Player View - See any player's history of events or participation in upcoming events.
• Manage More Profiles - Manage an unlimited number of profiles. Useful if you manage multiple DUPR clubs.
• Venue Management - Add and manage venues and courts. Events can be assigned a venue for event court management.
  • Court assignments & availability - Know which courts are being used and which are not.
  • Players Waiting - Know which players are waiting and for how long.
• Enhanced Scorecards - Bulk print scorecards for any number of matches.
  • Bracket scorecards - Select multiple matches directly from the visual bracket and create the PDF of scorecards for immediate printing.
  • Rapid scorecard capture - Use the enhanced scorecard capture feature to capture scores from a scorecard in seconds.
• Player communications - Improved player communications.
  • Communication templates - Use default or create custom communication templates. Match ready, Late notice, Forfeit warnings, etc.
  • Match/Game Texting - Send players text messages using any existing templates.
  • QR Page PDF - Easily create a single page large-format QR code with links to results or whatever you want!
